About Windsor Heights
A Close-Knit Community in the Middle of It All
Windsor Heights is a compact, neighborly city tucked between Des Moines, Clive and Urbandale. Its tree-lined streets and quick access to University Avenue put residents minutes from just about everywhere in the metro.
Locals love Colby Park for community events and weekend downtime, and the Walnut Creek Trail is right there for bikers and runners. It's the kind of place where people still wave to their neighbors, and the kind of place that deserves a great BBQ dinner.
